We had a great stay at a fantastic location near a performing arts theater, and the hotel was in a quiet area.

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. Its central location on campus made navigating easy. We have book marked your sight and will be back again.

My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the facility, is that weeklly rates are not offered.

The aparments are right on the UBC campus so if you have to be there/near there then its a great option. Quite far from downtown. They are also apartments so there is a full kitchen which is convenient.

At least the one I stayed in was obviously a dormitory room during the balance of the year so it as a bit basic compared to a regular hotel room.

Kitchenette in the room was awesome, including a fridge, oven, and stovetop - super handy for cooking 🍳.

It is relatively quiet setting, convenient for ones who need to have meeting at ubc.

Air in the room is rather stuffing and not very fresh even if I keep one of windows open all the times (poor air flow through). Sofa bed is not in good shape (not so comfortable to sleep with.

I liked the convenience as I was taking a course on campus. The staff were very accomodating, the room was clean and comfortable.

I would have loved a bath, but did know beforehand that it was shower only. A lid for the frying pan would have been nice. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Convenient Location

This place is a bit away from the city center, but it's super close to the beach. You'll find some nice restaurants on campus that are open on weekends, and plenty of shopping spots around. 🏖️

GOOD LOCATION FOR US AS WE NEED TO STAY IN UBC, CLEAN, QUIET, BUS STATION NEARBY.

INTERNET ACCESS IS NOT FAST ENOUGH.

Everything was great, so were fantastic views oF MOUNTAINS TO THE NORTH. This accommodation had a remote setting right within UBC campus. Besides, it was very close to the center, downtown and airport, and `` the beach.

This place offers high-quality accommodation and is kept fairly clean, with friendly and welcoming staff on hand to assist guests, and a wide selection of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity for convenience.

The hotel was clean, facilities were modern, marvellous and stunning location short walk to the airport, and great west side restaurants🙂

I was writing an exam and the location was great. It was also nice to have a fridge. The towels were lovely. This is a good property that could be great.

The front desk staff were not very helpful for guiding us to our building. My husband and I walked around for 20 minutes with bags trying to find our building. They are not marked very clearly and the map was vague. The beds were very uncomfortable even a mattress pad would make an incredible difference. No wi-fi, I was shocked.

We were impressed by the spacious and well-equipped unit.

Affable staff, incredible views oF MOUNTAINS TO THE NORTH, everything is very good. The studio suite is new-fashioned and spotless. It offers MAGNIFICENT, stunning location. There is Loafe Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

Appreciated this EXCELLENT QUALITY and fairly clean hotel, suited the needs.
